The present invention relates to the promotion of osteoblast differentiation of a novel material and a use thereof as a pharmaceutical composition, which has an effect of treating and alleviating symptoms of cardiofaciocutaneous syndrome (CFC syndrome). A HDAC inhibitor of the present invention has an effect of promoting the differentiation of osteoblasts from induced pluripotent stem cells, and consequently has an effect of alleviating symptoms or treating CFC syndrome through the promotion of cell growth and differentiation.
