Provided is a method for collecting information of a non-contact measuring instrument, which comprises: an image extraction step for extracting a region in which a measuring numeral value is displayed while photographing an image of the measuring instrument; a pre-processing step for viewpoint-converting the extracted region from the image extraction step into a front-viewed image, stabilizing a shaking image, and performing adaptive thresholding; and a measurement step for detecting a change in the measured numerical value by detecting a change in a pixel value in a search window set to a predetermined size in the image processed in the pre-processing step.
