The present invention relates to a gold nanowire self-assembly having a directionality and an anisotropic double metal nanorod cluster-polymer hybrid nanostructure using the same, that is, a double metal nanoparticle segment comprising a directional metal nanorod cluster and an asymmetric Janus nanostructures, a method for producing the same, and a surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) -based target substance detection method using the same.
