Provided is a vehicle license plate specific system applied with a deep learning-based vehicle license plate image matching method, comprising: a camera photographing an image of a vehicle located at a predetermined distance; a main server receiving image data of a plurality of vehicles linked with the camera and specifying the vehicle by objectifying a vehicle license plate using a deep learning artificial neural network and a license plate feature extraction algorithm; and a monitoring terminal linked with the main server and capable of monitoring unreleased and released vehicles in addition to the specified vehicle. By objectifying the shape of the vehicle license plate, a vehicle can be specified.
