The present invention relates to an L-joint device for a grating panel and an upper plate cover, and specifically, to an L-joint device, which is possible to immediately join a grating panel installed around a road and an upper plate cover provided on an upper portion of the grating panel just in a state that the upper plate cover is provided on the upper portion of the grating panel, and a method for joining the grating panel and the upper plate cover by using the same.
