The present invention relates to a model for predicting the accumulation of brain beta amyloid, which is a core pathology of Alzheimer's disease, from a patient suffering from mild cognitive impairment and Alzheimer's dementia, and a method or system for providing information using the model. Specifically, information for predicting a patient having a high probability of accumulating brain amyloid from a cognitive disorder subject can be effectively provided through an information providing method or system using the brain amyloid accumulation positive predictive index (API) of the present invention.
