The manufacturing method of pattern wood comprises: a step of scanning wood pattern and an annular ring pattern formed by cutting wood; a step of separating patterns into cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow (Y) and key, black (K) for the pattern; a first printing work step of printing the separated pattern on a first veneer pattern wood; a second printing work step of printing the separated pattern on a second base pattern wood; and a step of bonding the first veneer pattern wood to the second base pattern wood. The pattern wood is manufactured by the manufacturing method of pattern wood. The manufacturing method of car interior parts comprises a pattern wood processing step, a pattern wood pressing step, a car interior part injecting step and a coating material injecting step. Car interior parts are manufactured by the manufacturing method of car interior parts. Accordingly, the present invention produces natural wood patterns of natural wood in a large quantity at a low price.
