PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly high function veneer board manufacturing method and high function sliced veneer thereof are provided to prevent the discharge of toxic gas by obtaining the incombustibility of a high function sliced veneer.;CONSTITUTION: An artificial wood board is arranged. A sliced veneer is attached on the surface of the arranged board. UV(Ultra Violet) coating solution is sprayed on the surface of the sliced veneer. Primer composite is sprayed on the surface of the created UV lower layer. Second UV coating solution is sprayed on the surface of the generated primer layer. An upper layer is formed.
