The present invention relates to a polymer-magnesium ion conductor, a method for producing the same, a magnesium ion conductive polymer membrane including the same, and a magnesium battery including the magnesium ion conductive polymer membrane, wherein the polymer-magnesium ion conductor includes a polymer and a magnesium salt do. The polymer-magnesium ion conductor exhibits excellent magnesium ion conductivity and can be improved in battery characteristics when it is applied as an electrolyte of a battery, particularly a magnesium battery.
