The present invention relates to an eco-friendly surface treatment composition for anti-corrosive coating of metal coated on a surface of a product of metal material to increase corrosion resistance, heat resistance, surface hardness and chemical resistance of the product. The eco-friendly surface treatment composition forms an oxide coating layer on a metal surface, increases the adhesion of the coating layer to prevent the peeling of the metal surface, improves the corrosion resistance, the heat resistance, the surface hardness and the chemical resistance, and consists of eco-friendly components to be harmless to human and the environment.
