The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing Korean native cattle F11 deficiency and uses thereof. A primer set and probe of the present invention can effectively diagnose Korean native cattle F11 deficiency, and can quickly and accurately select carriers as well as diseased individuals in the field, and thus may be used to maintain the Korean native cattle population free from the disease.
