The present invention relates to a system for providing traffic information, which is capable of predicting the degree of an accident risk. The system comprises: a vehicle terminal receiving photographing information from a camera, and storing the same; and a management server communicatively connected to the vehicle terminal to provide road condition information for a specific vehicle terminal.
