According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing baby tooth resin handcrafts comprises: a baby tooth washing and sterilizing step (S110) of preparing and washing baby teeth and then sterilizing the same; a baby tooth drying and coating step (S120) of drying the sterilized baby teeth and coating the surface of the baby teeth with a coating liquid; a resin molding step (S130) of manufacturing a molded article by placing the coated baby teeth in a mold, filling the mold with a resin, and drying the same; and a handcraft manufacturing step (S140) of manufacturing handcrafts using the molded article. According to the present invention, handcrafts are manufactured by using animal or human baby teeth or permanent teeth, such that an aesthetic sense can be felt as a work of art and usefulness can also be obtained as a souvenir. In addition, it is possible to produce handcrafts with shortened manufacturing process and manufacturing time.
