The present invention relates to an isothermal amplification-based micro-device for the detection of pathogens, and to a method for detecting pathogens. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the micro-device comprises: a main plastic substrate including a sample chamber which is formed on the center thereof to receive a sample containing a target to be analyzed, and including a plurality of reaction chambers which are connected to the sample chamber and disposed in a radial direction of the sample chamber; a lower sealing film sealing a lower surface of the main plastic substrate; an upper sealing film sealing an upper surface of the main plastic substrate; first filter paper disposed in each reaction chamber and containing a loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reagent and a primer for amplifying a target gene in the sample; and second filter paper disposed in each reaction chamber to develop a color in the amplified target gene after LAMP, and containing fisetin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
