The present invention relates to a catling guide apparatus for baler straw cut inducement equipment which can guide a catling used for cutting straw when supplying chaff to a bale chamber through rotor blades pulled up from a pickup part of a baler. The composition thereof comprises a plurality of catling guide apparatuses installed to be maintained at a constant interval in consideration of a cutting width of chaff on upper part of the catling guide apparatus for baler straw cut inducement equipment (G), wherein the catling guide apparatuses form a catling guide hole (220) to raise/lower the cutting knife in a longitudinal direction of the center to form a catling guide plate (210) and reinforcing ribs (230) for increasing durability of the catling guide plate are installed to face each other on the lower surface of both catling guide plates of the catling guide hole.
