The basketball shooting training device includes a first receiving rail structure including a main frame, a vertical rail portion, and an inclined rail portion, a first sliding base, and a first basketball mimicking member. The first vertical rail structure is disposed on the main frame. The first sliding base is slidably disposed on the first vertical rail structure to slide along the first vertical rail structure. The first basketball mimic member is connected to the first sliding base. When the first basketball-mimicking member is supported by the user's hand and then advanced upwards, the first base slides from the first initial position on the vertical rail portion to the shooting position on the inclined rail portion, thereby providing the first base. Guide the user's hand along the vertical rail structure to complete the set shot.
