Sludge solids recovery with excellent performance for separating and discharging filtrate and cake

The present invention relates to a sludge solid recovery apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the water content of a cake is reduced to be lightweight through two-stage compression in accordance with a supply pressure of coagulated sludge (chemical improved sludge) injected into a plurality of filter plates and an external supply pressure separately supplied to a part of expanded filter plates among the filter plates. In addition, when a filtrate is discharged in a solid-liquid separation process, a filtrate receiver is closed to prevent the filtrate from being dropped into a conveyor for transporting the cake or a hopper for storing the same. When the cake is discharged, the filtrate receiver is opened to automatically secure a space for the cake to be transferred and stored by being dropped to the conveyor or hopper. When the filter plates for discharging the cake are separated, the filter plates are individually separated one by one while front and rear sides thereof are closely attached to each other by using a carrier unit. Therefore, a configuration relationship can be simplified.
