The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cut foam mat, and a cut foam mat manufactured thereby. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step of preparing a PVC layer (110) by cutting a PVC mat with a predetermined area, and preparing a foamed crosslinked PE foam (130) with the same area; a second step of forming an adhesive layer (120) on an upper surface of the foamed crosslinked PE foam (130) using an eco-friendly adhesive in a state that the surface opposite to the cut surface of the foamed crosslinked surface is directed toward the upper surface; and a third step of bonding the adhesive layer (120) formed on a lower surface of the PVC layer (110) and the upper surface of the foamed crosslinked PE foam (130). As a result, the cut surface of the foamed crosslinked PE foam, which is flexible when cut, has a property that wrinkles do not occur.
