The present invention relates to a method for preparing a green coffee bean extract containing a high yield and high purity of polyphenol, chlorogenic acid, caffeine and caffeic acid as a physiologically active ingredient. The method comprises: a step a) of grinding green coffee bean; a step b) of mixing the ground green coffee bean with water as a solvent; a step c) of sonicating the mixture obtained in the step b); a step d) of emitting focused ultrasound to the mixture sonicated the in step c); a step e) of sonicating the focused ultrasound treated mixture in the step d); and a step f) of emitting focused ultrasound to the mixture sonicated in the step e). In addition, the present invention relates to a green coffee bean extract obtained according to the above method, wherein the extract contains polyphenols, chlorogenic acid, caffeine and caffeic acid as a physiologically active ingredient in high content and high purity, and thus has excellent utility as a cosmetic.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
