The present invention relates to an autonomous design system for outfitting a hull, which comprises: a generation unit operating a ship design CAD based on design schedule data of a ship to generate a 3D model for a target object and generating a 2D drawing from the 3D model; an assembly plan unit generating (M)-BOM data defining assembly and mounting order of each block based on the 3D model; a scheduler scheduling an interference check schedule for simulating interference of a predetermined object when the block is assembled or mounted based on the design schedule data and the M-BOM data and automatically calling an API for verifying the drawing and material validity with respect to the 2D drawing and 3D model; a validity verification unit executing the called API to verify validity and issuing a material statement and a material order sheet corresponding to the verified 3D model; an interference simulation unit performing interference simulation for the corresponding object at every predetermined interference check schedule to check interference; and a storage unit storing a validity verification result and an interference check result and providing the result to a designer. Accordingly, a 3D model of outfitting a hull is autonomously generated from a shipbuilding design CAD in accordance with the design schedule, validity of the drawing and materials for a design model are autonomously verified, and interference check is autonomously performed for the design model to inform a manager of the result, thereby reducing input personnel for design and increase cost competitiveness.
