Disclosed are an LM guiderail processing method and an LM guiderail produced thereby. The LM guiderail processing method includes: a first wiredrawing step of wiredrawing a wire material supplied from a coiled supply spool as a wire material having a first diameter by drawing the material with a primary die; a cold rolling step of thermally treating the wire material having the first diameter at no more than a recrystallization temperature in accordance with characteristics; a pickling step of removing an oxide film formed on the surface of the thermally treated wire material; a second wiredrawing step of wiredrawing the wire material as a wire material having a second diameter smaller than the first diameter through a secondary die; and a cutting step of cutting the wire material having the second diameter into a bar shape having a specific length. Therefore, the LM guiderail processing method is capable of significantly increasing productivity and product recovery by enabling LM guiderails to be consecutively produced through coil-to-bar processing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
