Disclosed is an energy-comfort efficiency index analysis method of a user satisfaction-based energy-comfort efficiency index analysis system connected to a controller for controlling an environmental device via a network. An environment monitoring sensor device communicating with a comfort efficiency index analysis system via a controller comprises: a sensor unit to receive environmental information; a communication unit to perform a communication function with the controller; and a microcomputer to transmit the environmental information collected by the sensor unit to the controller. The device is formed in a cubic shape and has a case to embed each unit therein. The case and an upper cover can be detached and attached by screwing. According to embodiments of the present invention, four elements of air quality, heat environment (temperature and humidity), noise, and illumination making up an indoor environment are monitored in real time to evaluate comfort and satisfaction levels felt by a user in a current state and then analyze a correlation between evaluation results and consumed energy use to calculate and provide an energy-comfort efficiency index. Sensors can be selectively mounted for each environmental space to control the indoor environment by using the energy-comfort efficiency index.
