The present invention relates to a simultaneous extraction method for multi-elements of trace minerals in seawater and an extraction device thereof, which can simultaneously analyze various metal components existing in a small amount in coastal seawater. To this end, an ethylenediamine triacetic acid (EDTriA) resin is used as an adsorbent for concentrating trace minerals before being filled into an extraction kit. Next, a seawater sample and a buffering solution are sequentially passed through the extraction kit in order to remove major interfering elements in seawater including sodium (Na), chlorine (Cl), magnesium (Mg), calcium (Ca), potassium (K) and the like. Then, a 1M nitric acid which acts as an extraction solution is passed through the extraction kit such that the trace minerals in the seawater concentrated in the adsorbent may be extracted along with the extraction solution before being used as an analysis sample. Therefore, a closed type tube line and a pump device are used, thereby preventing waste in a distilling work of a reagent and in a seawater sample. Furthermore, an analysis sample solution can be obtained in a speedy and safe manner without being contaminated by the outside. In addition, because the resin having excellent physical and chemical bonding force with the trace minerals and including zero impurities is used as the adsorbent, the extraction rate of the trace minerals can be significantly increased. The resin used as the adsorbent can be used in a semi-permanent manner, such that various trace minerals in seawater can be simultaneously analyzed in a very economic and reasonable manner.
