The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing island-in-the-sea organic nano-composite fiber, and an island-in-the-sea organic-nano composite fiber produced by the same, and a composite material including the same, wherein the sea-component thermoplastic polymer resin and the island-based thermoplastic polymer resin have a plurality of holes formed therein. Melt composite spinning through a nozzle to produce a filament-shaped island-in-the-sea organic nanocomposite fiber in which a plurality of island component fibers having a nanometer fiber diameter are distributed, and the shear rate of the island component thermoplastic polymer resin at the hole wall is optimized. By being in the range, it is possible to manufacture an island-in-the-sea organic nanocomposite fiber having high orientation and high strength.
