PURPOSE: A method for fabricating organic nanocomposite fiber of high strength sea-island type is provided to optimize spinning nozzle and spinning speed in case of welding and spinning and to use the fiber as a reinforcing material.;CONSTITUTION: An organic nanocomposite fiber of high strength sea-island has 30 or more island ingredients made of thermoplastic polymer resin materials of less than 500 nm of fiber diameter. The nanocomposite fiber contains 5-95 wt% of island ingredients. The nanocomposite fiber has circular cross section or multi-lobal cross-section selected from the group consisting of triangle, square, polygonal, ellipse, - shape, Y shape, + shape, # shape, and * shape. A method for fabricating the nanocomposite fiber comprises: a step of welding organic polymers of thermoplastic polymer resin and inputting into welding composite spinning machine of a sea-island type; and a step of spinning the island ingredients at 500-3,000 m/min of spinning rate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
