The present invention relates to a seedling pot mounting device for a fixed seedling pot laid in a high-bed cultivation apparatus, which comprises: a pair of upper and lower lateral pipes (2, 2′) mounted and fixed in a lateral direction to a pole pipe (1) of the high-bed cultivation apparatus; a mount (3) mounted on the lateral pipes (2, 2′) by using a strap (6) while crossing the pipes (2, 2′); and a pair of pot supporting rods (4, 4′) mounted on an upper portion of the mount (3), wherein the mount (3) is configured to fasten, to an upper end of a vertical pipe (3b) having a predetermined length, a U-shaped coupling portion (31) having an arc with a diameter which is the same as a diameter of an arc of the vertical pipe (3b) and a square hole (32) and a circular hole (32′) respectively formed in both side surfaces to face each other and a supporting frame (3a) formed with one end of the U-shaped coupling portion (31) longitudinally extending and having semi-circular supporting grooves (34, 34′) on which the pot supporting rods (4, 4′) for mounting a seedling pot (5) on front and rear portions of an upper surface is mounted and supported, using a shank bolt (3c) and a nut (3c′). Accordingly, the mount (3) can be forcibly transferred on the lateral pipes (2, 2′) in a lateral direction and folded by rotation, thereby maximizing convenience of installation and usage. At the same time, the device has a simple configuration, thereby being distributed at low costs to farmers, and thus, it is possible to maximize reliability such as greatly reducing the burden on the farmers.
