Provided is a system for providing a smart health care service based on an artificial intelligence, which comprises: a user terminal for outputting one or more exercise programs, outputting the selected exercise program to be synchronized with time and position when any one of the exercise programs is selected, and detecting an exercise state of a user from a wearable band including one or more sensors; a monitoring terminal for collecting milestone data including a current position of the user terminal, and a position of one or more exercise tools arranged in a member store, and arranging the milestone data in a 2D drawing converted from 3D information obtained by scanning the member store; and a smart health care service providing server including a transmission unit for transmitting the exercise programs to the user terminal, a control unit for controlling the exercise program selected by the user terminal to be output from the user terminal so as to be synchronized with time and position, a storage unit for storing at least one sensor data received from the wearable band to be mapped with the user terminal, and a tracking unit for monitoring the position of the user terminal collected from the monitoring terminal to be synchronized with the time.
