The present invention relates to a heterojunction metal chalcogen complex. The heterojunction metal chalcogen complex comprises: a metal chalcogen thin film including a metal chalcogen compound 1; and a heterojunction layer formed on the metal chalcogen thin film and including a metal chalcogen compound 2. The metal chalcogen compound 1 is a compound different from the metal chalcogen compound 2. According to the heterojunction metal chalcogen complex, an electronic device including the same, and a manufacturing method of the heterojunction metal chalcogen complex, a color filter pre-image sensor absorbing light of different wavelengths based on one material may be manufactured by using the heterojunction metal chalcogen complex having different light absorption areas manufactured with low cost and a simple process.
