The present invention relates to a production method of a catalyst-fiber composite for adsorbing and decomposing a chemical agent, which comprises the steps of: electrospinning a nanofiber-forming polymer solution; and dispersing a metal organic framework (MOF) between a nanofiber surface and a nanospace formed by the nanofibers by electrospraying a UiO-66-based MOF-containing solution, to a catalyst-fiber composite produced by the production method, to a fabric for adsorbing and decomposing woven into the catalyst-fiber composite, and to a product woven by the fabric.
