A catalyst for a non-enzymatic glucose sensor comprising a metal-organic structure, a method for preparing the same, and a non-enzymatic glucose sensor employing the same are provided. Specifically, by preparing a metal-organic structure formed by coordinating metal ions and organic ligands and employing it as a catalyst for a non-enzymatic glucose sensor, it is possible to increase the stability of the sensor and to facilitate production and quality control.
