The present invention relates to a far infrared hot air drying apparatus. A tetrahedral-shaped drying unit and a plurality of glass tube lamps with heating wires are installed at predetermined intervals in the drying unit, and a far-infrared radiation heater that generates heat and far-infrared rays from the glass tube lamps to dry the raw vegetables and a transport container for transporting the dried raw vegetables. The belt and the drying unit are provided to reflect the control of the operation of the transfer conveyor belt and the transport container belt and the drying time, temperature and power of the drying unit and the far infrared rays emitted from the far infrared radiation heater.
