This design aims to improve the English learning effect by facilitating the training of listening and speaking of advanced English which is difficult for Koreans to learn like standard English news such as CNN. In order to solve the problem that can not be easily solved by simply listening to the English pronunciation, the present design is based on the English pronunciation (IPA) as the original pronunciation of the Korean language, and the Hangul notation imitated in Korean and the accent part in the sentence are sequentially animated In this paper, we propose a new method of expressing the pronunciation of sentences by adding the technique of expressing them, improving the pronunciation habit which has been mistakenly recognized in the past, alleviating the neglected stress, And the pronunciation training is performed, so that the English pronunciation similar to standard English is achieved. This design enables students to learn the general problems of listening and speaking English, which was difficult for Koreans to directly follow, through the process of language acquisition through visual imitation examples. In addition, following the listening training through visual mimic notation, speaking training based on this can be effectively achieved.
