The invention discloses a heading machine, a tunnel segment adjusting device for the heading machine and a control method of the tunnel segment adjusting device. A splicing machine capable of moving in the length direction of a tunnel is arranged on the heading machine and used for splicing tunnel segments. The inner wall of the tunnel is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of segments. A jacking assembly capable of telescoping in the up-down direction is arranged on the splicing machine. The tunnel segment adjusting device and the splicing machine are arranged in the length direction of the tunnel. The tunnel segment adjusting device comprises a bracket. The bracket abuts against at least part of the multiple segments so that the shape of the tunnel can be adjusted. A positioning pin is arranged on the bracket. A positioning hole matched with the positioning pin is formed in the jacking assembly. According to the tunnel segment adjusting device for the heading machine, a power source adopted for independent movement of the tunnel segment adjusting device can be omitted, so that the cost can be reduced; and meanwhile, the tunnel forming quality and construction efficiency are ensured, and the tunnel segment adjusting device has the advantage of being simple and compact in structure.
