FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industries.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of deposits of high-viscosity oil or bitumen. Proposed method comprises construction of upper row of hollow ascending injection wells and lower row of hollow upward production wells from drilling galleries up to 800 m. Injection well and production well are located one above another or alternated in horizontal direction. Pumping of heat carrier is performed through a row of hollow ascending injection wells. Then the formation is heated. Steam chamber is created and products are taken through a number of production wells. In the structure of production and injection wells there are thermally insulated pipes. Injection wells are provided with differential perforation with increasing number of perforations along the wellbore from the wellhead to the bottomhole. At produced liquid temperature higher than 80–90 °C production well is converted to periodic operation mode. Invention envisages use of a closed system for collection of well production and control of steam pumping rate to the system of injectors and extraction rate of production wells. To ensure safe performance of wells are located at a distance of not less than 15 m from the block contour.EFFECT: technical result is high efficiency of displacement of high-viscosity oil in sections of the developed unit, which are distant from the drilling gallery, by uniform heating of the formation along the entire interval of the injection well, as well as limitation of steam breakthrough into the drilling gallery and reduced warming of rocks near the drilling gallery.1 cl, 15 dwg, 1 tbl
