Essence: This retractor is a structure consisting of a vertical rack, a clamp, a lock mounted on the upper part of the rack, a working part made in the form of a segmented assembled gear rack, which, due to its mass, falls at the exit of the castle, a cremallera equipped with a movable handle for driving and fixing the working part installed in the lateral part of the lock and the hook for gripping and holding the edges of the wound, connected to the working part by ball mounting for uniform distribution load on biological tissue.
