A railway tank for transporting viscous petroleum products, containing a boiler with a steam heating jacket, the boiler is equipped with an environmental monitoring system consisting of separate measuring devices interconnected by a power-supply line, while the system includes a sensor for identifying the presence of water, which is installed outside the boiler in its lower part, as well as the controller and the indicator of the presence of water, thereby reducing the time of inspection of the boiler tank before filling it with hot oil and increases danger during loading operations.
