Vascular viscoelasticity evaluation device comprises: pulse component extraction means; differential waveform generation means; means for detecting the value of positive first amplitude peak (Vf1); means for detecting the value of negative second amplitude peak (Vr2); calculating means for calculating the ratio or difference of the value of positive amplitude peak (Vf1), and the value of the negative amplitude peak (Vr2), which is the second; and vascular viscoelasticity evaluation means for evaluating the viscoelasticity of blood vessels based on the ratio or difference of the peak amplitudes.
