Method implementation device includes a contactless sensor, rectangular pulse generators, a rotary sensor, a circular waveguide, a SHF band generator, circulator, amplitude detector, microcontroller, clock generator, ADC, pulses width counter, front edge duration counter, rear edge duration counter, period duration counter, a personal computer (PC), on which screen, in accordance with the installed processing program, information on the gear wheel wear degree is displayed.;EFFECT: present invention is intended for the gears technical condition monitoring and can be used for the reduction systems operating condition diagnostics during their operation.;2 cl, 2 dwg
