FIELD: transportation.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, namely, to devices for application of lubricant on side railway working surfaces of railway track rails and to ridges of running wheels of railway vehicle. Stationary track rail lubricator contains at least one lubricating device, at least one wheel flange detection sensor and a cabinet containing gas cylinder with pressure regulator, lubrication tank, electronic control unit, containing channel of feedback with device, allowing for remote adjustment of modes, settings, settings of operator control unit via GSM channel, and power supply system. At that, the lubricating device includes at least one nozzle containing electrohydraulic valve controlled by control unit, and device to inject lubricant pressure. Power supply system includes a solar battery module mounted on the cabinet roof, a storage battery and a solar battery charge controller located inside the cabinet.;EFFECT: result is automation of lubricating material control by control, power supply of system is improved, reliability and efficiency of stationary track rail lubricant is increased.;3 cl, 4 dwg
