FIELD: oil and gas industry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry and can be used in development of productive formation and determination of parameters of productive reservoir. Method of bottom-hole zone evaluation involves well operation at steady-state conditions before hydrodynamic analysis, well hydrodynamic analysis by pressure recovery method, determination of bottomhole pressure and continuous inflow of fluid from the formation into well after its stop and processing of measurement results with determination of permeability coefficient. When processing measurement results, values of permeability coefficients are determined using different methods: tangential, differential and integral methods. Additionally, values of correlation coefficients between Qg – fluid rate till well shutdown for analysis and values of permeability coefficients obtained by different methods are determined. Regression equations are then plotted between Qg and each of the values of permeability coefficients obtained by different methods. According to the greatest value of determination coefficient R2 regression equations are used to determine the most reliable method of estimating permeability coefficient at a specific deposit.;EFFECT: invention enables reliable evaluation of results of interpretation of hydrodynamic investigations and increases accuracy of determination of permeability value of bottomhole zone of well.;1 cl, 4 tbl
