For this purpose in the blood serum of girls with pubertal hyperandrogenism with menstrual disorders is determined the Anti-Mullerian Hormone (AMH) and follistatin on the 4–5 day cycle, with increased level of AMH to 10 ng/ml and follistatin to 1000 pg/ml mild ovarian dysfunction is diagnosed, with increased levels of AMH more than 10 ng/ml and follistatin more than 1000 pg/ml severe ovarian dysfunction is diagnosed.;EFFECT: method allows to determine with some accuracy a particular form of ovarian dysfunction in order to predict and optimize treatment approaches for each patient.;1 cl, 3 ex
