摘要
FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of determining paraffin in oil-containing deposits, comprising depositing asphaltenes with a solvent, settling the reaction mixture in a dark place and filtering therefrom, removal of solvent from obtained filtrate and adsorption of resinous substances with aluminum oxide Al2O3, according to which from the desalinated fraction a solvent is removed, the residue is dissolved in a heated mixture of toluene and acetone, cooled, maintained at minus temperature, providing paraffin crystallisation, crystallizing precipitate of paraffins is filtered out on cold filter and washed with mixture of toluene and acetone, maintaining temperature of crystallisation, after that precipitate is washed off with hot toluene, evaporated, dried to constant weight and weighed. Method is characterized by that deposition of asphaltenes is carried out by C80/120 nefras, taken in 20-fold amount by weight with respect to initial sample, obtained reaction mixture is filtered after settling for 14–16 hours, nefras C80/120 are removed from the filtrate by evaporation on a rotary vacuum evaporator to minimum volume, adsorption of resinous substances is carried out in a static mode, wherein filtrate evaporated to minimum volume is added to treated filtrate at 600 °C and impregnated C80/120 nefras with aluminum oxide, held for 30–35 minutes and deslimified liquid phase is drained, sorbent is washed 2-3 times with C80/120 nefras, connected obtained wash with deslimed liquid phase, evaporated on rotary vacuum evaporator, to minimum volume of solvent, residue after evaporation is dissolved in mixture of toluene:acetone = 65:35, freezing of paraffins is carried out for 1–2 hours at temperature not higher than minus 25 °C, paraffin content is determined by formula: X=m1/m2×100 %, where m1 is wax weight, g, m2 is weight of initial sample, g.;EFFECT: high accuracy of determining content of paraffin in oil, oil products and oil-containing deposits with simultaneous simplification of the method, shorter time and costs for its implementation.;3 cl, 3 tbl
