FIELD: technological processes.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used in production of thin-walled medium-sized precision spherical incomplete part contours, for example bottoms, from hard-to-deform titanium alloy VT14. Flat hardened workpiece is installed in matrix with working profile with molded part geometry. Flange part of the workpiece is clamped by clamps and the spherical cavity of the incomplete contour is drawn by means of an elastic cylindrical male die along a rigid matrix. At the same time jamming flange of elongated part is carried out by wedge clamp, and final drawing – by rigid spherical male die in same matrix. Then, heat fixing of the part is carried out in the same die.;EFFECT: ensuring uniform thinning along the spherical part profile.;1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 ex
