The purpose of the notification is to produce titanium seals from titanium alloys or composites on an open or closed titanium core with lithium or porous walls, characterised by the fact that the washing core is made of sodium chloride by pressing the sodium chloride crystals with 1 -5% Wagon. ethyl alcohol or without alcohol, with a 2% weight gain,at pressure 10-50 MPa, preferably 30 MPa, is placed in a matrix of a diameter greater than the diameter of the core with the thickness of the walls of the future housing. The empty space is then filled with titanium powdered walls of titanium alloys or composites on the titanium base, in the case of porous walls of a mixture of titanium, alloy or composite with additional porosity. The powder is then pressed together with the core under pressure 500-1000 MPa, preferably 1000 MPa at room temperature or pressed to a temperature 300-800-C, preferably 700-C under pressure 20-100 MPa,favourable 50-MPa. The scrubbing is then placed in water at 20-90-C, 80-C. The scrubbing is then dried in an excavator or dryer, a beneficial excavator and is cooked at a temperature suitable for a specific degree of composition in a vacuum or inert gas, beneficial in a vacuum, in the case of porous walls, bolting shall be carried out taking into account the removal phase of the porophorus in an elevated temperature or other way, after which the furnace shall be cooled.
