Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the functional component of magnonics contains a substrate from a nonmagnetic dielectric material, ferromagnetic layers of iron-yttrium garnet (IYG), microstrip converters for excitation and reception of magnetostatic spin waves (MSW), magnetic field source, wherein is made in the form of multilayer 3D structure, which includes external and internal ferromagnetic layers, separated from each other by a layer of non-magnetic substance and located one above the other, substrate surface in cross-section has the shape of a meander formed by a set of periodic grooves, the longitudinal axis of which is perpendicular to the propagation direction of the MSW, outer and inner ferromagnetic layers have period coinciding with period of ledges formed by grooves on substrate surface, side faces and slots, and magnetic field of magnetic field source is oriented perpendicular to substrate plane with possibility of excitation in both ferromagnetic layers of volume MSW.;EFFECT: enabling multi-mode propagation mode MSW and possibility of receiving forward and inverse three-dimensional MSW.;10 cl, 2 dwg
