FIELD: valve engineering.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of pipes for pressure and pressureless pipelines laid by micro tunneling, in particular to reinforced concrete pipe with inner glass composite core. Reinforced concrete pipe consists of a glass composite pipe and a coupling made by continuous winding on a mandrel of reinforcing fillers impregnated with binders with subsequent hardening. Glass-composite clutch and pipe includes a matrix based on polyester binder: from 25 to 35 % of mass fraction, continuous and chopped glass fibers: from 12 to 66 % of mass fraction, disperse filler: from 0 to 54 % of mass fraction. Coupling is equipped with sealing rings and central locking ring installed in machined grooves. Glass-composite pipe and the coupling are tightly connected to each other by elastic O-rings. Outer surface of glass composite pipe is treated to increase adhesion and is connected to reinforced concrete shell, which is made by high-frequency vibroforming method. Shell contains socket flange and sealing cup. Disperse mineral filler with polymer matrix can be applied on outer surface of glass composite pipe, outer surface is subjected to abrasive processing, on outer surface additional protrusions of reinforcing fillers and polymer matrix are molded.;EFFECT: reduction of labor intensity and simplification of pipe production process with achievement of improved operational characteristics of the device.;4 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl
