Catalyst module comprises a set-up frame extending in longitudinal and transverse directions and comprising two surfaces located opposite each other in direction of flow, and mounting unit inserted into composite frame. Mounting unit comprises peripheral sidewall and several webs formed by means of mutually interlaced metal sheets, which intersect each other along vertical and horizontal. Partitions contain edges that are oriented to surfaces and are not bent and form a grid with multiple mounting seats, into each of which there inserted is a catalyst. Resilient mounting element is arranged between catalyst and mounting socket.
