The invention relates to a system device and a method for measuring and improving the quality of hand hygiene. It comprises a bottle (1) of portable disinfectant equipped with electronics and an electronic bracelet (2). The bottle (1) is capable of measuring in real time the volume of liquid that has passed and to transmit a feedback to its user. The bracelet (2) is provided with the sensors necessary for the measurement of the gesture of its wearer and is able to transmit a feedback to its user. It makes it possible to give different users real-time feedback on the amount of disinfectant used, the duration of hand friction performed as well as the conformity of its friction gesture with a reference sequence.
