摘要
There are a Rollstangeneinlaufwerk (12) for an endless Rollstangenteppich (26) of a continuous press (10) for the production of press plates, in particular material plates made of wood and / or other renewable agricultural products such as chip, fiber, straw and Schnitzelplatten, and Plastic plates, a roll bar carpet device (24), a press and a method for guiding a roll bar carpet (26) described. The roll bar carpet (26) has two spaced, mutually parallel endless guide chains (28) between which a plurality of rolling bars (30) extend perpendicular to the guide chains (28; 328). The roll bar infeed (12) comprises at least one diverter (36; 136; 236) for the roll bar carpet (26) having an imaginary deflection axis (46; 146; 246) about which the roll bar carpet (26; 326) can be deflected and extends perpendicular to a running direction (42) of the roll bar carpet (26). The at least one diverter (36; 136; 236) has two axially spaced portions (50; 150; 250) in which the guide chains (28) can run and at least one radially outer guide member (48; 148; 248) in that the roll bars (30) of the roll bar carpet (26; 326) can be guided radially outward with respect to the deflection axis (46; 146; 246). The at least one radially outer guide member (48; 148; 24) has at least one guide surface (58; 158; 258) which extends circumferentially at least in part with respect to the deflection axis (46; 146; 246). The at least one radially outer guide element (48; 148; 248) on the side facing the deflection axis (46; 146; 246; 346; 446) is not provided with a radially inner guide element (180, 182; 280, 282) for the roll bars (30 ) of the roll bar carpet (26) viewed in the radial direction at least partially aligned. An axial distance (56) between the at least one radially outer guide element (48; 148; 248) and the proximal area (50; 150; 250) for one of the guide chains (28) is greater with respect to the deflection axis (46; 146; 246) as about 1/7 of an axial distance (54) between the two regions (50; 150; 250) for the guide chains (28).
