A battery pack includes a heat dissipating structure, an array frame positioned on the heat dissipating structure, and a battery cell held by the array frame and disposed such that at least one surface of the battery cell is exposed from the array frame and adjacent to the heat dissipating structure. The heat-dissipating structure may be a heat exchanger plate or a heat transfer point material (TIM).
